Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping on most orders across Australia. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note:

  • Flat rate shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Western Australia or regional/remote areas.

  • Orders to these locations may incur additional shipping charges based on carrier rates. If applicable, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatching your order.

  • Panel orders may require a freight quote depending on the number of panels purchased. For larger panel orders, freight costs may vary based on size, weight, and delivery location. If a freight quote is required, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the cost.

We currently ship within Australia.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

  • Western Australia: 5–10+ business days depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
